Report a Policy Violation
For those who have many watchers, and for those who don’t have many, it is hard to know how one retains that interest as well as receive more. This article explores the basics of watchers and how we react to certain situations. Although it does not affect some deviants, and the tips are generally related to common sense, we hope the article is a worthwhile read and that the majority learn something from reading this.

I spent a while on this as anatomical practice. And also to try and get that painterly effect in photoshop, which I think i'm getting the hang of now.
So yeah, I've been looking at some anatomy books and poses etc etc, just trying to get to know the human body *properly* so I can draw, err.. better I guess? I did begin to get a bit bored when the colouring part came around, so it's a bit rushed there (even though I've been mulling over it). I actually wanted to do strips of shadow going across the figure/BG, you know like light shining through shutters or blinds. But ahh, I was thinking about it, and well I think I was spending far too long on the colouring already - so best just to leave it and move on to something new. Unfortunately when converting this to jpg, a lot of the quality's been lost on fine details and things which I was stressing over, particularly in the face and eyes. The colour & tone is slightly off from the original as well. But that always happens when I compress and view things out of photoshop. *SIGH* Oh well, I'm pleased with it anyway! p.s - I will never be a chair designer. |

We attempt to accomplish this by daily featuring Literature artists from around the community that deserve the recognition, but are not getting it. X3: The Espio fan-boy
Well she BETTER be relaxed on that chair. Otherwise I'll boot her off and sit on it myself. It was a bit of a pain to do!
As for the face, well I'd love to say was looking in the mirror whilst drawing it, but ALAS it is not true ;_;
Ah yeah, sometimes trying to get the anatomy of poses 100% right is just really difficult! I'm copying and sketching things from some anatomy books though in order to try and etch the human body into my brain! I'm concentrating a bit more on female anatomy right now since I think i need to practice that more. So hopefully there'll be imrovements as I go.
Rant rant rant.

Yeah it took a few days to finish. Not so much the line art, but the colouring. I'm not really a natural, I don't think, when it comes to colouring stuff, so that part usually takes a while or a bit of trial and error @_@.
